Dr. FANG, is an Assistant Professor in Information System and Analytics in NUBS. She gets her PhD degree from both University of Science and Technology of China and City University of Hong Kong. Her research interest includes omni-channel retailing and platform competition. Her research work has been published in Journal of Operations Management (JOM), Internet Reserch, Electronic Commerce Research and Applications (ECRA), Information & Management (I&M), and Industrial Management & Data Systems (IMDS) . And she also had attended several international conferences to present her works, such as Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences (HICSS), and International Conference on Information System (ICIS). She is interested in data analysis. On the one hand, she is familiar with the process to analyze objective data by using econometric models. On the other hand, she has experienced in using some big data analysis methods, such as time-series forecasting, text-mining, clustering, to do business analysis.
