Personal profile

Dr Jiang Wu obtained his PhD from the Joint Research Institute of Philips Intelligent Lighting at Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherlands. He is currently an Assistant Professor in Product Design and Manufacture at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China, where he also serves as Deputy Head of the SSNI (Sensor, Sensor Network, and Instrumentation) Research Group, MRes and PhD supervisor. His research focuses on designing intelligent ambient systems to support stress management. In his teaching, both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, he fosters innovation by integrating design thinking with engineering technologies and cultural heritage.
