  • Laser additive manufacturing and process of metallic alloys.
  • Mechanical properties and microstructure characterisation of thermally sprayed coatings
  • High temperature oxidation and corrosion of coating and alloys.
  • Element diffusion and phase evolution modelling of multi-phase metallic materials.

Currenly recruiting MRes/PhD students working on advanced manufacturing and materials science of novel metals and alloys. I welcome potential canditate to express their interests and develop applications for full PhD scholarships.
