Lou joined the school of Economics in 2018 as an Assistant Professor at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China. She received her Ph.D. in Economics from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2018. Her primary research field is labor economics, covering education, marriage, and intra-household issues.
