Abstract

Supervision is an important part of legal practice at all levels, and for newly admitted lawyers is a critical link between formal legal education and independent practice. Remote supervision has been thrust into the mainstream by the COVID-19 pandemic. This presents a number of challenges but also the opportunity for a systematic and structured approach to supervision. This session will explore the supervisory relationship, using technology to stay connected, well-being and risk management.
