“EAP-Enriched Curriculum at Wenzhou-Kean University: Contexts, Challenges, and Frameworks.”

Research output: Contribution to conferencePaperpeer-review

Abstract

EMI curriculum at Sino-foreign universities in China seeks to develop academic English proficiency across the curriculum. This conference paper contextualizes WKU’s EMI challenges and outlines the EAP-Enriched Curriculum model, which is an ELT adaptation of Pamela Flash’s Writing-Enriched Curriculum framework. This presentation encourages EAP instructors to rethink pedagogy and instructional materials for ESL/EAP courses at Sino-foreign universities.
