Dr. Fui-Theng Leow (FT) holds a PhD in educational technologies and is a Senior Fellow of Advance HE, with over 17 years of teaching experience at international universities. Her teaching focuses on information systems, technology applications, and digital transformation. FT's research interests span pedagogy, educational technology, health informatics, learning analytics, and virtual environments. She has extensive experience supervising postgraduate dissertations and PhD projects, mentoring Advance HE fellowship applicants, conducting professional dialogues and teaching observations, leading e-learning training sessions, organizing seminars, and reviewing academic journals.
Currently, FT holds several key roles, including Teaching Development and Digital Technology Coordinator, Teaching & Learning Observation College (TLOC) Champion (tri-campus), and Nottingham Recognition Scheme (NRS) Reviewer at UNNC. In 2022, one of the modules she convened received the Provincial Best Undergraduate Module Award. FT has also been recognized with multiple honors, including the Lord Dearing Award for individual achievement in 2021/22 and as part of a team in 2022/23, as well as the Distinguished Teaching and Learning Contribution Award (General Track) in 2024.
