Abstract

This chapter examines the discourses reflected in the information panels, museum labels and exhibit displays at the Harbin Jewish Museum (located in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province in the People’s Republic of China), and analyzes how they are operating as sources of affective public diplomacy and soft power.
