N2 - Under the background of energy saving and emission reduction, the application of passive energy saving technology and the development of green building have reached a necessary stage. While, different design technologies perform differently in different building types. This research using a hybrid clustering method and generated three prototypical low-rise residential building models, whose information were collected from 13 small residential districts in Cixi City. In addition, on this basis, it made a sensitivity analysis of four passive energy-saving technologies based on the passive house concept’s principles. As a result, the impact factor of each technology on three building models were proposed. The results indicate that the thermal insulation of the external wall has the largest effects and the building airtightness should also be focused for energy saving.
