Abstract

This paper presents the optimal simulation and design results for arrayed waveguide gratings (AWGs) devices with channel spacing of 0.4 nm and 0.8 nm, which are suitable for the Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) and Coarse Wavelength Division Multiplexing (CWDM) applications.
