It highlights the multiple roles foreign correspondents play in media landscapes in which social media are normalized as {\textquoteleft}digital public diplomacy{\textquoteright}. Based on a discussion of four cases centered on the United States, the United Kingdom, Israel and China, this chapter proposes a new, digital media enabled, relation-network based model to study the roles of foreign correspondents in public diplomacy networks encompassing its institutions, news organizations, foreign correspondents and foreign publics.",
