Abstract
In this paper, the problem of decentralized robust output feedback control and H∞ stabilization for a class of large-scale systems with norm-bounded uncertainties and multiple time-varying delays is considered. At first, a class of decentralized robust output feedback controllers which can guarantee uniform asymptotic stability for such large-scale systems are proposed. Then sufficient conditions under which the problem of robust H∞ performance can be solved are presented. Finally, a numerical example is used to illustrate the proposed method.
