Abstract

元宝枫油是一种新资源食品,是极具开发利用价值的神经酸资源.以元宝枫种仁为原料,通过单因素试验和响应面法研究超临界CO2萃取技术制备元宝枫油的工艺条件.结果 表明,较优的工艺条件为萃取压力33.7 MPa,萃取温度60℃,萃取时间120 min,元宝枫油的提取率达到96.72%,与响应面优化法得到的预测值96.57%很接近.
