Distinguished Teaching and Learning Contribution Award (Early Career Track)

This award has been established to recognize and celebrate excellent achievements of the School staff in the field of teaching and learning. It supports the School's Teaching and Learning strategic goals and acts as a channel for monitoring and celebrating achievements by individuals and groups. The Early Career Track category is particularly designed to recognize and encourage the outstanding contributions of faculty members who are at the beginning stages of their academic careers in higher education, specifically those with less than less than five years of teaching experience.

Wei Cai's dedication and efforts have not only elevated the educational experience for NUBS China's students but have also set a high standard for educational excellence within the school, particularly among early career academics. The selection committee, comprised of both internal and external members of NUBS China's academic and administrative staff, acknowledges Wei Cai's exceptional commitment and innovative approach to fostering an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
