Yuxuan is a doctoral researcher at Nottingham University Business School China. He holds an MSc in healthcare management with Distinction from UCL Global Business School for Health, where he was also featured on the Dean's List as the highest-ranked student in the program. Prior to that, he received his undergraduate degree from Nottingham University Business School China. With a particular research interest in understanding employee behaviour within healthcare sectors, Yuxuan's research primarily delves into the psychological mechanisms of knowledge workers when facing nonhuman workforce trends.
