My research interests span two areas. First, I have been studying business value and various governance issues of employing information technologies (IT) in general. Second, I'm interested in how humans collaborate with AI to empower decision-making including innovation, investment, and customer service. Methodologically, my research is based on econometric analysis, analytics methods (e.g., machine learning and unstructured data analysis), network analysis, and survey.
