Xiaolan Zheng (PhD University of South Carolina, 2012) is Associate Professor of Finance at the Nottingham University Business School (NUBS) China. She is the holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Her research focuses on capital structure, debt maturity, dividend policy, cost of capital, trade credit, corporate governance, banking, international finance, corruption, and the influence of culture on financial decisions. She has published in the Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Review of Finance, Journal of International Business StudiesJournal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Banking and Finance,and Journal of Business Ethics. She currently teaches Business Finance at the undergraduate level and International Finance at the postgraduate level.
