Abstract

This paper investigates the reliable tracking problem against aircraft control surface impairment. New analysis and synthesis methods of reliable tracking control using quadratic parameter-dependent Lyapunov functions are provided in the term of solvability of Iterative Linear Matrix Inequalities (ILMIs). The proposed method has less conservativeness than that via the common (parameter-independent) Lyapunov function, which is demonstrated by an aircraft example.
