Abstract

This paper considers the robust stability problem for linear continuous-time descriptor systems with interval system matrices. We first derive some necessary conditions for the considered interval descriptor system to be regular, impulse-free and stable. Then, under some constraints, a necessary and sufficient condition is given by using the Kronecker product and μ-analysis.
