Abstract

This paper analyzes Acoustic Emission (AE) signals in accurate-grinding machining, and influencing factors related in the process. It is indicated that there is favorable corresponding relationship between AE signals with different characteristic parameters and accurate-grinding status, which can be used to monitor the accurate-grinding machining and grinding quality.
