Dr. Lin HUANG is an Assistant Professor in Entrepreneurship at the Nottingham University Business School China. She holds a Ph.D. in Business (System Management and Strategy), an MSc in Accounting and Finance, and a BA (H) in Accounting and Finance. The academic journey has equipped her with a profound understanding of both the theoretical and practical aspects of business studies. She leads the "Entrepreneurship: Theory and Practice" module, emphasizing innovative and applicable learning. Dr. HUANG also directs the NUBS China Consulting and X-Culture Programmes, enhancing her students' global business understanding.

Her current research interests are primarily in the pedagogy of innovation and entrepreneurship education, the effectiveness of Project-based Learning, and the intersection of traditional culture with business innovation. 

In addition, Dr. Lin Huang is an accredited fellow of the Higher Education Academy and was granted the Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education (PGCHE) in 2020.
