System analysis and model construction of innovative culture

Abstract

Technological innovation already has been becoming the focal point that the whole world competes for each other. Innovative culture is the soul of technological innovation. This article analyzes the factors of affecting an innovative culture, puts forward the main factors of innovative culture, government, education, enterprise, financial and intermediary institutes. Moreover, finds connections and regularities among the five factors, and construct a system including the five factors, from their systematic analysis, points out each factor play a certain role in the innovative culture system. Finally, analyzes sub system of innovative culture from the five factors, and point out the channels of building an innovative culture system-material aspect, rule aspect, behavior aspect, spiritual aspect, states how to build innovative culture from the four channels specifically.
