Abstract

Retraction Note to: Journal of Sol-Gel Science and Technology (2024) 113:145-158; https://doi.org/10.1007/s10971-024-06592-6 The Editor-in-Chief has retracted this article. After publication, concerns were raised regarding the authenticity and physical validity of the FTIR spectra presented in Figure 2. The authors provided some source data on request from the Publisher, but this was insufficient to address the concerns raised. The Editor-in-Chief therefore no longer has confidence in the results and conclusions reported in this article. The authors have not stated whether they agree or disagree with this retraction.
