Abstract

This special issue is a collection of proceedings papers presented at the 1st Africa Energy Materials Conference (AEMC-2017) held at the CSIR International Convention Centre (CSIR ICC), Pretoria, South Africa on the 28-31 March 2017. These presented papers were mostly in energy materials research areas with special focus on: material design, synthesis, modification, characterization and applications.
