Abstract
The Power of Siberia 2 pipeline marks a new phase in China–Russia energy ties. The pipeline offers Beijing a more reliable gas supply while deepening its strategic entanglement with Moscow. Despite the breakthrough, unresolved terms and geopolitical risks leave China proceeding warily amid shifting global energy dynamics.
