Abstract
This paper studies the design of non-fragile H∞ output-feedback control for a high performance aircraft in executing a large bank-angle maneuver. The designed flight controller tolerates some multiplicative gain variations in the controller matrices. Through linear and nonlinear simulation results, the paper demonstrates the advantage of designing the non-fragile H∞ flight controller for practical implementation.
