Abstract

原子力显微镜可在大气、液相以及超高真空环境下对各类材料在纳米尺度进行物理特性分析测量或纳米操纵,已成为纳米科学研究的重要工具。本文综述了各类功能化原子力显微镜基本原理及其在锂电池、电化学催化和太阳能电池等能源材料领域的应用,并对原子力显微镜功能化发展在表征技术领域的应用前景进行了展望。
