Study on countermeasures for Ningbo state-owned enterprises to enhance R&D and innovation capability

The aim of this project is to boost the innovation capacity of state-owned firms in Ningbo, enabling them to thrive in a rapidly changing business landscape. By implementing a comprehensive set of strategies, this project intends to propose effectives policy suggestions that promote innovation, fosters collaboration, and enhance the competitiveness of these firms.
Upon completing the assessments, this project is expected to compile the findings into a comprehensive report that identifies the key capabilities, limitations, challenges, and barriers faced by state-owned firms in Ningbo with respect to innovation. This report will serve as a foundation for developing tailored strategies to overcome these barriers and enhance innovation capacity.
