Professor Yangyang Jiang is a Professor of Marketing at Nottingham University Business School China, University of Nottingham Ningbo China. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree from Renmin University of China and earned her Ph.D. at Monash University, Australia. Prof. Jiang has been recognized on the 2024 Elsevier Highly Cited Chinese Researchers list and ranks among the World's Top 2% Most-Cited Scientists in 2023-2025. She is the recipient of the Zhejiang Provincial Philosophy and Social Sciences Outstanding Achievement Award, the Outstanding Research Supervisor Award, and the Zhejiang Provincial First Class Module Award. Her research has been published in leading journals such as Tourism Management, Annals of Tourism Research, Journal of Travel Research, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, International Journal of Hospitality Management, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, Journal of Business Research, European Journal of Marketing, and Journal of Rural Studies, among others. Prior to her academic career, Prof. Jiang contributed to the Olympic Partner’s Global Hospitality Program across four Olympic Games in China, Canada, the UK, and Brazil, enriching her research in international consumer behaviour and services marketing.
