Research Interests
Dr Wai Kin Leung has published in top finance journals such as the Journal of Business, Journal of Futures Markets, Financial Research, Journal of International Financial Markets, Institutions, and Money, Real Estate Economics and Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics. Dr Leung has won the 2006 Best Paper Award of the International Journal of Hospitality Management with a cash prize of US$3000. His paper, “Asymmetric Correlation and Volatility Dynamics among Stock, Bond, and Securitized Real Estate Markets” also won the Best Paper Award at the 2011 Global Chinese Real Estate Congress Annual Conference.
