Dr. Ngat Chin Lim joined the Nottingham University Business School China in September 2024 and is a Teaching Fellow in Business. Dr. Lim's academic journey includes earning an Honours Bachelor of Arts (Economics) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Malaya in 1990 and 1992, respectively. She furthered her education by obtaining a Ph.D. in International Business from Monash University in 2008 and a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education (PGCHE) from the University of Nottingham in 2013. She worked in the management consulting industry for 15 years before joining the academia.
