    Dr. Meng Zhong is an Associate Professor in Business Administration at Nottingham University Business School (NUBS) China. His research focuses on organizational behavior and human resource management, with particular interests in psychological contract, performance feedback, and gig work. His work has been published in top-tier management journals, including Journal of Applied Psychology and Journal of Management. His research has been supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Prior to joining NUBS China, Dr. Zhong was an Associate Professor at the School of Management, Xi’an Jiaotong University. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago in 2021.
