Luke Younghoon Chang is an Associate Professor in Marketing & Analytics at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China. Before joining UNNC, he was an Associate Professor and Doctoral Supervisor in the School of Management and Economics at Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, China. He received his Ph.D. degree in Business and Technology Management from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), South Korea and received Bachelor in Business Administration from Korea University in South Korea. His research interests include AI and robotic management, Service Management & Marketing, digital marketing, AI ethics, information privacy, crowdsourcing and smart and digital health. His articles have appeared in Information and Management, Government Information Quarterly,  Information Technology and People, Information Systems Frontiers, Internet Research, Journal of Global Information Management, Behavior and Information Technology, Industrial Management and Data Systems as well as in the proceedings of international conferences. He is currently serving a Senior Editor of Information Technology & People and an Associate Editor of Internet Research, Industrial Management and Data Systems, the Journal of Computer Information Systems and Asia Pacific Journal of Information Systems. He served as  a Guest Editor of Industrial Management & Data Systems, Internet Research, Electronic Commerce Research, and Electronic Markets.
