Lily Lin is a nutritionist and epidemiologist. She got her bachelor degree in biology at East China Normal University. Then, she got education and got trained in nutrition and public health at Ghent University and Université libre de Bruxelles. For the past 12 years, she was working in the field of nutrition and public health. Now she is developing research projects on health and nutrition survey and dietary intervention among type 2 diabetes patients.

Research Interest
Her research interests are in the field of food structures, dietary patterns and nutrition and its related chronic diseases, epigenomics including obesity, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and some certain cancers. Another part of her research interests is to develop research projects on food safety, food security and control of food waste.
