Li Dong is a Tutor in Business and Economics in the IBM Department at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC). He holds a PhD from the University of Leeds and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). Prior to joining UNNC, he taught across UG and PG programmes in the UK, Singapore and China. His teaching focuses on business, management and the international economy, and he has experience in module design and coordination, as well as in delivering distance-learning programmes. He previously co-convened and taught Introduction to Business Economics at UNNC and is currently the module convenor for Introduction to Business and Management. His research interests include the internationalisation strategies of emerging market multinationals, the management of international strategic alliances, foreign direct investment to and from China, cross-cultural management, and innovation. He has supervised doctoral, PG and UG dissertations to completion.
