Professor Jing Dai is Chair Professor of Sustainable Operations and Technology Management. She is the recipient of the Excellence Research Award at Iowa State University, USA where she earned a PhD in Supply Chain Management. Her research interest is in the fields of Green Supply Chain Management, Sustainable Operations, Digital Technologies, and ESG strategy. Professor Dai has published her research in leading journals such as Journal of Operations Management, Decision Sciences, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Industrial Marketing Management, International Journal of Operations and Production Management, International Journal of Production Economics, International Journal of Production Research, Journal of Business Logistics, Journal of Business Research, Transportation Research Part E: Logistics and Transportation Review, among others. Professor Dai received the 2012 Best Paper Award in the Journal of Operations Management.
She was awarded National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) Grants as principal investigator and other external grants as well. Professor Dai is the course leader of the first batch provincial first-class course of “Introduction to Management Science for Business Decisions”. She has successfully spearheaded the development of the Regional Centre of Expertise Ningbo for Education on Sustainable Development (RCE Ningbo), officially acknowledged by the United Nations University. She currently serves as Director of RCE Ningbo, Director of Centre of Responsible Business and Innovation (CRBI), and Co-Programme Director of MIT SCALE Nottingham Ningbo Masters in Supply Chain Management.
Professor Dai also serves in the editorial board of leading journals in operations, logistics and supply chain management area, including:

戴菁教授现任宁波诺丁汉大学商学院可持续运营与技术管理讲席教授、博士生导师。戴菁教授的研究方向主要为企业绿色供应链管理、可持续运营管理、数字技术驱动的运营及供应链管理、以及ESG战略分析。 在国际顶级及主流期刊发表论文40余篇。主持国家自然科学基金项目两项、多项校内外科研项目。 除教授本科,硕士课程外,她还担任联合国大学认证的联合国可持续发展教育(宁波)专业区域中心主任,负责任商业与创新中心主任,麻省理工学院SCALE - 宁波诺丁汉大学供应链管理硕士项目联席主任。
戴菁教授受邀担任国家自然科学基金通讯评审专家,顶级国际期刊(英国商学院协会高质量学术期刊最高等级)Journal of Supply Chain Management (ABS 4)和 International Journal of Operations and Production Management (ABS 4) 副主编,以及Journal of Operations Management (UTD24,FT50)编委、International Journal of Production Economics (ABS 3)编委。戴菁教授发表的国际期刊论文包括Journal of Operations Management, Decision Sciences, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Industrial Marketing Management, International Journal of Operations and Production Management, International Journal of Production Economics, International Journal of Production Research, Journal of Business Logistics, Journal of Business Research, Transportation Research Part E: Logistics and Transportation Review等。并荣获2012Journal of Operations Management 最佳论文奖。
