Dr. Zhang received his bachelor's degree from the Northwest A&F University, China, in 2014, Ph.D. degree in from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Australia, in 2018, both in electrical engineering. From 2015 to 2018, he was a Casual Academic at the Faculty of Engineering and IT, UTS. From 2018 to 2025, he was an Associate Professor with Inner Mongolia University of Technology, China. In October 2025, he joined the University of Nottingham Ningbo China as an Assistant Professor.
