Dr Jenny Zhou

Jing Zhou is an Assistant Professor of Accounting at the Nottingham University Business School China (NUBS China). She received her PhD in Accounting from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Her research focuses on information disclosure, financial reporting standards, market efficiency, cost of capital, and the influence of informal institutions on decision-making. She has published in leading accounting journals, including Contemporary Accounting Research and the Journal of Accounting and Public Policy. She currently teaches Advanced Management Accounting at the undergraduate level.
