Personal profile
I am Chair Professor of Organizational Behavior at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC). Before joining UNNC, I held a professorship at Durham University Business School and spent over a decade working in the UK. My research focuses on areas such as self-regulation in the workplace, employee-organization relationships, newcomer socialization, and work design. My work has appeared in top-tier, peer-reviewed journals, including the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Management, American Psychologist, and Journal of Personality and Social Psychology. Additionally, I currently serve as an Associate Editor for Personnel Psychology.
