Han Li joined the Nottingham University Business School China in February 2025 as an Assistant Professor in Organizational Behavior. She received her PhD degree from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University in 2025, and received the bachelor degree from the School of Management, Zhejiang University in 2019.
Han Li's research interest cenrters around negotiation and trust, especially their cross-cultural differences. She has also been discovering the implications of unethical behaviors that benefit the collective. Her work have been accepted by top journals in management, including Academy of Management Journal and Journal of Business Ethics.
