Di Tong is currently Assistant Professor of Strategy and International Business at University of Nottingham Ningbo China. Previously, he worked at Shanghai International Studies University. He holds a Ph.D in Business Administration (strategy focus) from Drexel University, and a BA in Psychology from Miami University. Currently, his research spans three topical areas: (1) the labor market outcomes for STEM workers and startup founders; (2) how companies, especially startups, compete for engineers and scientists; and (3) personal/family implications of female entrepreneurship. His works have appeared in FT50 journals such as Journal of Business Venturing and Research Policy. Currently, he serves on the editorial review board of New England Journal of Entrepreneurship.
