I joined the School of Education and English in 2020. After completing my PhD at Nottingham, UK, I have been in management roles in EAP programmes in the UK. I have taught and worked in China, the UK, Malaysia and Australia.

Teaching

I teach on MA TESOL in various modules and have delivered sessions for MA IHE.

Research Interests

My broad research interests cover higher education, English medium instruction, English for academic purposes, academic literacies, translanguaging as a pedagogy, graduate/student identity, student experiences, student transition to/from higher education and graduate employability.
