Dr Ching Chau completed her Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honours) in Accouning and PhD in Finance with Examiners’ Commendation for Outstanding Thesis at the University of Wollongong, Australia. During her PhD candidature, Dr Chau was the first recipient of the AUD50,000 CMCRC PhD scholarship annually.
Dr Chau joined Nottingham University Business School China in 2019. Her research interests encompass market quality and integrity in the financial market. She is also working on environmental accounting papers in the context of China, and has developed strong academic network with Chinese scholars from Jinan University, Nanjing University, and Dongbei University of Finance & Economics.
