Dr Chen Qu joined the School of Economics in 2016 as an Assistant Professor at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China. He received his PhD in Economics from BI Norwegian Business School. His research focuses on game theory and its applications. His works have been published in academic journals such as Economic Theory and Economics Letters. His 2020 paper (coauthored with Xiao Luo and Xuewen Qian) which provides fundamental results on iterated elimination procedures is cited in the recently published game theory textbook From Decision Theory to Game Theory by Andrés Perea (Cambridge University Press, 2025).
