Title From Yuyao to Milan, UNNC is connecting the world through Chinese cultural heritage Country/Territory China Date 18/04/22 Description At the 2025 Milan Design Week, the University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC) presented award-winning creations from the Yangmingism Cultural and Creative Design Competition, cerebrating the harmonious blend of traditional Chinese philosophy and modern design.
Since establishing the Yangming Culture Research Base in collaboration with the Former Residence of Yangming Wang in 2019, UNNC has integrated Yangming culture into its various courses, encouraging students to translate the philosophy of "unity of knowledge and action" into action through hands-on projects.
